10 Myths About Introverts

Myth #1 – Introverts don’t like to talk.
This is not true. Introverts just don’t talk unless they have something to say. They hate small talk. Get an introvert talking about something they are interested in, and they won’t shut up for days.

Myth #2 – Introverts are shy.
Shyness has nothing to do with being an Introvert. Introverts are not necessarily afraid of people. What they need is a reason to interact. They don’t interact for the sake of interacting. If you want to talk to an Introvert, just start talking. Don’t worry about being polite.

Myth #3 – Introverts are rude.
Introverts often don’t see a reason for beating around the bush with social pleasantries. They want everyone to just be real and honest. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable in most settings, so Introverts can feel a lot of pressure to fit in, which they find exhausting.

Myth #4 – Introverts don’t like people.
On the contrary, Introverts intensely value the few friends they have. They can count their close friends on one hand. If you are lucky enough for an introvert to consider you a friend, you probably have a loyal ally for life. Once you have earned their respect as being a person of substance, you’re in.

Myth #5 – Introverts don’t like to go out in public.
Nonsense. Introverts just don’t like to go out in public FOR AS LONG. They also like to avoid the complications that are involved in public activities. They take in data and experiences very quickly, and as a result, don’t need to be there for long to “get it.” They’re ready to go home, recharge, and process it all. In fact, recharging is absolutely crucial for Introverts.

Myth #6 – Introverts always want to be alone.
Introverts are perfectly comfortable with their own thoughts. They think a lot. They daydream. They like to have problems to work on, puzzles to solve. But they can also get incredibly lonely if they don’t have anyone to share their discoveries with. They crave an authentic and sincere connection with ONE PERSON at a time.

Myth #7 – Introverts are weird.
Introverts are often individualists. They don’t follow the crowd. They’d prefer to be valued for their novel ways of living. They think for themselves and because of that, they often challenge the norm. They don’t make most decisions based on what is popular or trendy.

Myth #8 – Introverts are aloof nerds.
Introverts are people who primarily look inward, paying close attention to their thoughts and emotions. It’s not that they are incapable of paying attention to what is going on around them, it’s just that their inner world is much more stimulating and rewarding to them.

Myth #9 – Introverts don’t know how to relax and have fun.
Introverts typically relax at home or in nature, not in busy public places. Introverts are not thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies. If there is too much talking and noise going on, they shut down. Their brains are too sensitive to the neurotransmitter called Dopamine. Introverts and Extroverts have different dominant neuro-pathways. Just look it up.

Myth #10 – Introverts can fix themselves and become Extroverts.
A world without Introverts would be a world with few scientists, musicians, artists, poets, filmmakers, doctors, mathematicians, writers, and philosophers. That being said, there are still plenty of techniques an Extrovert can learn in order to interact with Introverts. (Yes, I reversed these two terms on purpose to show you how biased our society is.) Introverts cannot “fix themselves” and deserve respect for their natural temperament and contributions to the human race. In fact, one study (Silverman, 1986) showed that the percentage of Introverts increases with IQ.

Why,sleep? The Sleep effect

Why Sleep Is the Best Skin Treatment cre :CHOSUN

People spend roughly one-third of their life sleeping, which helps the body regenerate and take a rest for the next day. That is why a good night's sleep is a prerequisite for beautiful skin.

◆ Aging Prevention

Hormone injections have become popular as a wonder drug to maintain youth. They are said to delay ageing by supplementing insufficient hormones and thus helping the metabolism. But they need to be injected again and again and cost a lot of money. "Sleeping well has the same effect as powerful hormone injections," says Dr. Han Jin-gyu of the Seoul Sleep Clinic.

While sleeping, the body secretes various hormones including the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin and adrenocorticotropic hormones controlling stress. Of these, the growth hormone is the most important. It is associated with height, but after the growth stage it begins to play other roles, such as helping cells regenerate and relieving stress. Hyaluronic acid, the natural moisturizing factor contained in growth hormone, also helps skin to absorb water molecules. That's why after a good night's sleep skin looks moist and glowing.

◆ Natural Whitening

To have a clear, shining skin people resort to sunblock creams and whitening cosmetics. But without sound sleep it is hard to get desired results. Besides inducing sleep, melatonin also has a whitening effect by hampering the function of pigment cells. But melatonin is not always secreted at a constant level.

The body begins to secrete it as people fall asleep, and it reaches the highest levels around 2 a.m. while people are in deep sleep. Melatonin secretion plunges to meager levels from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. That suggests that it's better to sleep from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. if possible. "People are advised to sleep an average 7.5 hours a day.

"But, sleeping that amount of time does not necessarily mean you had a good sleep. Quality is as important as quantity. The proper ratio of duration of a good sleep to that of a light sleep is 3 to 1," Han said. For healthy skin, it is important to have a quality sleep for an adequate amount of time.

◆ Dangers of Oversleeping

After days of not enough sleep people often try to "catch up." But that causes them to start the following day in bad shape with coarse-looking skin and dark circles below the eyes -- the same symptoms that appear after staying up all night. The reason is that oversleeping causes the heart rate to fall and blood to circulate slowly.

Low body temperature prevents the sweat glands and sebaceous glands from functioning smoothly, breaking the balance of moisture and oil in the skin.

Ideally an adult should sleep for an average of seven to eight hours, or at least six hours a day. Sleeping for 10 hours or more can result in unhealthy skin. / May 08, 2010 08:18 KST

xDD not exactly! this entry is not dedicated to my real sister, but to my lovely sister that i met at Intan Accounting firm. kekeke, her name, lets just call her Kak Filah (sis Filah).. the first time we met was almost 5 months ago. that time i was at the HQ,it was my first day of practical training. we were asked to introduced ourselves. there were 8 of us(?),not quite sure now. we all were called into the office, and had a brief introduction session. my 1st thought of her then was, "she's sweet". well, at least she seems like a sweet person to my eyes:P

almost a month there, i came to realize i never-ever said a word to her,and neither she. after sometime, she has 'this' vibe to her, like i'm scared of her!! hahahaha and then, the boss told me that three of us will be located to a new office that will be opened in Pasir Puteh.those 'lucky' 3 happened to be me, Ain and Kak Filah. ever since that announcement, i said to myself, that i must make friend of Kak Filah, but then, i couldn't even get close to her.hahahaha, really, i was really intimidated by her,i don't know why.

however, there's always good news. a fellow friend told me that Kak Filah is a K-poppers tooo, meaning that she love Kpop. i further asked, how deep is her love for Kpop? the friend told me, well, almost as my level. hahahahaha, at that time, i phew-ed.. this is great start. well, we're gonna have sooooo much more to talk about.

then, we moved to Pasir Puteh. only three of us stranded here :P bosses from HQ would be making trip to our new office just ensure we're settling well. i still remember, borrowing her external disk to copy some Kpop videos, just to discover she's almost the mirror image of me!!! hahahahaha, we both categorized our Kpop videos in the same order, and looking at her, feels like looking at myself.we're so much alike. (at least that's what i think) just that i don't have her flawless skin :P

at that time too, situation at home was getting sour. i was depressed. i bottled everything inside me, i do not tell other, i rarely share my feeling with i think my friend would be too immature for me to share my problems.

luckily there's Kak Filah. she's older than me by few years. to her i would spill a hell loads of things. we would talk about my problems, and sometime she told me hers. it does feel nice to have somebody listening to us ranting and to share our feeling and thoughts. i don't know why, i trust her. talking to her would make me feel a miles better, each time. she listens to me, and at the same time would give me great advices. as time goes by, just the sight of her, lift a lil bit burden from me.

so,the point of this entry? yes, i don't have any words to tell her or to describe to her how grateful i am for having a wonderful friend like her. she's indeed a great sister to me. if it was not for her, i think i might be extending this practical training to next semester.all thank to her for giving me strength to carry on. i wish i could do something in return too. Kak Filah, Thank you sis, only Allah knew how grateful i am to meet u! Thank u,Thank u! Love u!

'Please Look After Mom': A Guilt Trip To The Big City

Please Look After Mom

Please Look After Mom by Kyung-Sook Shin

Excerpt: 'Please Look After Mom'

It's been one week since Mom went missing.

The family is gathered at your eldest brother Hyong-chol's house, bouncing ideas off each other. You decide to make flyers and hand them out where Mom was last seen. The first thing to do, everyone agrees, is to draft a flyer. Of course, a flyer is an old-fashioned response to a crisis like this. But there are few things a missing person's family can do, and the missing person is none other than your mom. All you can do is file a missing-person report, search the area, ask passersby if they have seen anyone who looks like her. Your younger brother, who owns an online clothing store, says he posted something about your mother's disappearance, describing where she went missing; he uploaded her picture and asked people to contact the family if they'd seen her. You want to go look for her in places where you think she might be, but you know how she is: she can't go anywhere by herself in this city. Hyong-chol designates you to write up the flyer, since you write for a living. You blush, as if you were caught doing something you shouldn't. You aren't sure how helpful your words will be in finding Mom.

When you write July 24, 1938, as Mom's birth date, your father corrects you, saying that she was born in 1936. Official records show that she was born in 1938, but apparently she was born in 1936. This is the first time you've heard this. Your father says everyone did that, back in the day. Because many children didn't survive their first three months, people raised them for a few years before making it official. When you're about to rewrite "38" as "36," Hyong-chol says you have to write 1938, because that's the official date. You don't think you need to be so precise when you're only making homemade flyers and it isn't like you're at a government office. But you obediently cross out "36" and write "38," wondering if July 24 is even Mom's real birthday.

A few years ago, your mom said, "We don't have to celebrate my birthday separately." Father's birthday is one month before Mom's. You and your siblings always went to your parents' house in Chongup for birthdays and other celebrations. All together, there were twenty-two people in the immediate family. Mom liked it when all of her children and grandchildren gathered and bustled about the house. A few days before everyone came down, she would make fresh kimchi, go to the market to buy beef, and stock up on extra toothpaste and toothbrushes. She pressed sesame oil and roasted and ground sesame and perilla seeds, so she could present her children with a jar of each as they left. As she waited for the family to arrive, your mom would be visibly animated, her words and her gestures revealing her pride when she talked to neighbors or acquaintances. In the shed, Mom kept glass bottles of every size filled with plum or wild-strawberry juice, which she made seasonally. Mom's jars were filled to the brim with tiny fermented croakerlike fish or anchovy paste or fermented clams that she was planning to send to the family in the city. When she heard that onions were good for one's health, she made onion juice, and before winter came, she made pumpkin juice infused with licorice. Your mom's house was like a factory; she prepared sauces and fermented bean paste and hulled rice, producing things for the family year-round. At some point, the children's trips to Chongup became less frequent, and Mom and Father started to come to Seoul more often. And then you began to celebrate each of their birthdays by going out for dinner. That was easier. Then Mom even suggested, "Let's celebrate my birthday on your father's." She said it would be a burden to celebrate their birthdays separately, since both happen during the hot summer, when there are also two ancestral rites only two days apart. At first the family refused to do that, even when Mom insisted on it, and if she balked at coming to the city, a few of you went home to celebrate with her. Then you all started to give Mom her birthday gift on Father's birthday. Eventually, quietly, Mom's actual birthday was bypassed. Mom, who liked to buy socks for everyone in the family, had in her dresser a growing collection of socks that her children didn't take.

Name: Park So-nyo

Date of birth: July 24, 1938 (69 years old)

Appearance: Short, salt-and-pepper permed hair, prominent cheekbones, last seen wearing a sky-blue shirt, a white jacket, and a beige pleated skirt.

Last seen: Seoul Station subway

Nobody can decide which picture of Mom you should use. Everyone agrees it should be the most recent picture, but nobody has a recent picture of her. You remember that at some point Mom started to hate getting her picture taken. She would sneak away even for family portraits. The most recent photograph of Mom is a family picture taken at Father's seventieth-birthday party. Mom looked nice in a pale-blue hanbok, with her hair done at a salon, and she was even wearing red lipstick. Your younger brother thinks your mom looks so different in this picture from the way she did right before she went missing. He doesn't think people would identify her as the same person, even if her image is isolated and enlarged. He reports that when he posted this picture of her, people responded by saying, "Your mother is pretty, and she doesn't seem like the kind of person who would get lost." You all decide to see if anyone has another picture of Mom. Hyong-chol tells you to write something more on the flyer. When you stare at him, he tells you to think of better sentences, to tug on the reader's heartstrings. Words that would tug on the reader's heartstrings? When you write, Please help us find our mother, he says it's too plain. When you write, Our mother is missing, he says that "mother" is too formal, and tells you to write "mom." When you write, Our mom is missing, he decides it's too childish. When you write, Please contact us if you see this person, he barks, "What kind of writer are you?" You can't think of a single sentence that would satisfy Hyong-chol.

Your second-eldest brother says, "You'd tug on people's heartstrings if you write that there will be a reward."

When you write, We will reward you generously, your sister-in-law says you can't write like that: people take notice only if you write a specific amount.

"So how much should I say?"

"One million won?"

"That's not enough."

"Three million won?"

"I think that's too little, too."

"Then five million won."

Nobody complains about five million won. You write, We will reward you with five million won, and put in a period. Your second-eldest brother says you should write it as, Reward: 5 million won. Your younger brother tells you to put 5 million won in a bigger font. Everyone agrees to e-mail you a better picture of Mom if they find something. You're in charge of adding more to the flyer and making copies, and your younger brother volunteers to pick them up and distribute them to everyone in the family. When you suggest, "We can hire someone to give out flyers," Hyong-chol says, "We're the ones who need to do that. We'll give them out on our own if we have some free time during the week, and all together over the weekend."

You grumble, "How will we ever find Mom at that rate?"

"We can't just sit tight; we're already doing everything we can," Hyong-chol retorts.

"What do you mean, we're doing everything we can?"

"We put ads in the newspaper."

"So doing everything we can is buying ad space?"

"Then what do you want to do? Should we all quit work tomorrow and just roam around the city? If we could find Mom like that, I'd do it."

You stop arguing with Hyong-chol, because you realize that you're pushing him to take care of everything, as you always do. Leaving Father at Hyong-chol's house, you all head home. If you don't leave then, you will continue to argue. You've been doing that for the past week. You'd meet to discuss how to find Mom, and one of you would unexpectedly dig up the different ways someone else had wronged her in the past. The things that had been suppressed, that had been carefully avoided moment by moment, became bloated, and finally you all yelled and smoked and banged out the door in rage.

When you first heard Mom had gone missing, you angrily asked why nobody from your large family went to pick her and Father up at Seoul Station.

"And where were you?"

Me? You clammed up. You didn't find out about Mom's disappearance until she'd been gone four days. You all blamed each other for Mom's going missing, and you all felt wounded.

(TOP) One woman is becoming disaster
Even though a man is still singing

I'm falling, catch me (hello)

(GD) I hate this love song...I hate this love song..
I hate this love song... I hate this love song.. x2

(Taeyang) I hate this love song, I'll never sing it again
So I can stop thinking of you, so I can finally forget you

(Seungri) I hate this love song, I'm going to sing it with a smile
In order to cure your loneliness, I'm going to you now
ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh-hoo

(GD) I'm scared, this world is meaningless
Take me to where you are, a place with the moon and stars

(Daesung) We were so beautiful, you know
You taught me what love was, hello

I remain paused at a green hill, holding a conversation I've yet to finish with her
The sky is of an expressionless face that holds no answers
You're probably hiding behind the clouds, you're probably a star

A smile spreads across my lips, you're breathing with me now
Time, please stop, don't divide her and I
Wind, stop blowing, this is my last letter to you

So I can stop thinking of you, so I can finally forget you

(Seungri) I hate this love song, I'm going to sing it with a smile
In order to cure your loneliness, I'm going to you now

(VIPz opinion)

The MEANING of the MV is a guy mourning the death of his girlfriend.

Without her, this world is nothing, so the land they’re on is wasteland and uncared for. how without her, this world is colorless, so the whole mv is black and white. how the car drops from the sky, and its “unexpected” but yet expected

(one member turned). how this world is a ball of confusion so the camera kept changing and turning. how the wasteland seems to devour them, yet it’s open to see their vulnerability.(cre:MzHumaira)

For those who are asking what this song is about and dnt understand krn, it is obv. about a girl who died, and the beginning TOP sings 'one girl, moving far away, and the boy sings this song, crying. AND then daesung sings ' I know i can't touch you, i am falling, please grab me, hello'. This song is so much emotions (for those who can understand korean). I hope you guys can thumbs up this for those international fans to read who cant understand korean :). (cre:bonjourbeauty)

at the begining TOP is rapping " A woman is going father away, A man is singing " this means " woman was dead, so, the man is alone singing sadly...

---very sad song.(cre:lovingmofasjsk)

some of other interesting comments from fans/VIPz:

BIGBANG has grown a lot maturer nowadays be it their music style+genre etc (cre:LDGgal)

Theyre album was 6th on itunes album charts which is crazy considering most americans dont listen to kpop.BIGBANG is so popular that their album showed up as 6th on the itunes charts in the US when it came out (cre:shirayuki21)

Yep, one continuous shot. Except you'll notice that at 3:00 - 3:01 the MV gets reflected - everything changes sides from left to right. That's part of the story of the MV. The car at the end is part of the story, too, albeit an abstract one. The song is about a guy who misses his dead girlfriend. He wants to be with her, and so he walks back in time to the moment of her death (the mirrored section) and commits suicide (the exploding car).( cre:thekatsuki9)

what a unique song (too much pop songs in kpop)

what a unique mv (not the standard dance mvs)

what a unique band (amazing vocals and everything)

they should get more popularity than they are now,too unique to be call idols and too good to be called artises. They are big bang, always there to suprise and makes me smile (cre : chroniclesofervil)

the simplest MV got the most views in the shortest span of tym in KPOP history!~ @Ainsxstar

Well, I'm a hardcore Shawol ... but I don't mind admitting good music of other groups when I hear it. This is DARN good music and I can't seem to get over how simple yet complex this MV is. Like ... gray, black, & white with one shot and STILL able to capture my attention the whole time? Stumbling upon KPop has been nothing but greatness for me so far (cre: u0fo)

HOLY CRAP WHAT AN AMAZING MV! O__O Who directed this?! Good God, the filming! So many different angles and heights of the camera! The way the focus was transfered from member to member. Most of it was filmed in one take, right? No pauses. Wow! Just by looking at this MV.... I may not speak the language, but visuals are universally understood. The lyrics to this song must be very meaningful... Perhaps it is about walking through the ruins after a big heart ache and getting around the open wounds (cre:ely730)

Wearing a suit with white tennis shoes. Haha classic! :D (cre:icedragon2812)

Anna in Seoul

she's one of the wonderful noonies,
i got to know her from Noonablog.
in few weeks,
she'll be on her life-'Seoul'-searching journey,
i am rooting for Anna's journey to Seoul.
as i'm counting down the days with her,
posts after posts,
i came to realized that i'm so much could relate to her.
the reasoning part of it,especially..
of why,where,when what and who..

the truth is that,
we've been in & out of the Noona Blog for so long,
and i admit to blog-walk to her blog, sometimes,
it just that i'm a bit too shy to say Hi to her.
however the case,i'm very happy for her.
this journey that she'll take,
i hope will be helpful to me too.

i want to think of the mid-20's crisis as a beautiful process of life.
because this is the time where we're going to realize,
and wonder about a lot of things.
we wonder about our next steps,
we dream about our future,
we wish to travel more,
we pray to meet wonderful people along the way.
and for all that,
i'm rooting for her journey!

So sentimental
Not sentimental no !
Romantic not disgusting yet
Darling I'm down and lonely
When with the fortunate only
I've been looking for something else
Do let do let do let jugulate do let do let do

Let's go slowly, discouraged,
Distant from other interests
On your favorite weekend ending
This love for gentlemen only
That's with the fortunate only
No I gotta be someone else
These days it comes it comes it comes it comes it comes and goes

Think less but see it grow
Like a riot, like a riot, oh !
Not easily offended
Not let it go, from a mess to the masses

Think less but see it grow
Like a riot, like a riot, oh !
Not easily offended
Not let it go, from a mess to the masses

Follow, misguide, stand still
Disgust, discourage
On this precious weekend ending
This love for gentlemen only
Wealthiest gentlemen only
And now that you're lonely
Do let do let do let jugulate do let do let do

Let's go slowly, discouraged,
We'll burn the pictures instead
When it's all over we can barely discuss
For one minute only
Not with the fortunate only
Thought it could have been something else
These days it comes it comes it comes it comes it comes and goes

Think less but see it grow
Like a riot, like a riot, Oh !
Not easily offended
Not let it go, from a mess to the masses

Think less but see it grow
Like a riot, like a riot, Oh !
Not easily offended
Not let it go, from a mess to the masses

Mmmmm This is showtime, this is showtime, this is showtime
Ohhhh This is showtime, this is showtime, this is showtime

Time, time is your love, time is your love, Yes time is your

Time, time is your love, time is your love, Yes time is your

From a mess to the masses

Think less but see it grow
Like a riot, like a riot, Oh !
Disgust, disgust, disgust
Disgust, disgust, discourage.

Coldplay-Fix You

this is an already quite old song. i used to listen to it all day long during my matriculation days. and that's back in 2005-2006.just wanna share the lyric.

When you try your best but you don't succeed
When you get what you want but not what you need
When you feel so tired but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse

And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
When you love someone but it goes to waste

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

And high up above or down below
When you're too in love to let it go
But if you never try you'll never know
Just what you're worth

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

Tears stream down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
Tears stream down your face
And I

Tears stream down your face
I promise you I will learn from my mistakes
Tears stream down your face
And I

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you.

Blood Types and Personality!

it's rather very interesting topic today.
the blood types and personality~
often when we watch tv drama/variety show(Kpop),
they tend to ask what type(blood) are u?
here's the findings!

Each blood type has a personality profile.

Type A

People with blood type A have a deep-rooted strength that helps them stay calm in a crisis when everyone else is panicking. However, they tend to avoid confrontation, and feel very uncomfortable around people. A types are shy and sometimes withdrawn. They seek harmony and are very polite, but all the same feel that they never really fit in with others. A types are very responsible. If there is a job to be done, they prefer to take care of it themselves. These people crave success and are perfectionists. They are also very creative, and the most artistic of all the blood types, most likely because of their sensitivity.

People with blood type A are also likely to be considered classic "type A's": stressed and conscientious.

Type B

People with blood type B are the most practical of the blood groups. They are specialists in what they do. When they start a project, they spend extra time understanding and trying to follow directions than others might. When they are doing something, all of their attention is focused on it. They tend to stick to a goal and follow it through to the end, even if it seems impossible. They tend to be less than cooperative, as they like to follow their own rules and their own ideas. They are individualists. B type people pay attention to their thoughts a little more than their feelings, and therefore can sometimes seem cold and serious.

People with blood type B are often considered more relaxed, freewheeling, and unconventional than other types, although not necessarily to an unacceptable degree.

Type O

People with blood type O people are outgoing, energetic and social. They are the most flexible of the blood types. They easily start up projects but often have trouble following through because they give up easily. They are flighty and not too dependable. O types always say what's on their mind. They value the opinion of others and like to be the center of attention. Also, people with O blood are extremely self-confident.

Type O, the most "average" blood type, is considered the best type in Japan.

Type AB

People with blood type AB are hard to categorize. They can have characteristics on both ends of the spectrum at the same time. For instance, they are both shy and outgoing. They easily switch from one opposite to another. AB people are trustworthy and responsible, but can't handle it when too much is asked of them. They don't mind doing favors or helping out, as long as its on their own conditions. People with this blood type are interested in art and metaphysics.

AB is considered the worst blood type. In predictability-loving Japan, they're loose cannons. They also like to set their own conditions and reserve the right to drop out when things don't meet their expectations. They're known to be sensitive and considerate—at times—but it just isn't enough to balance out the flaws in this blood type.

A is most compatible with A and AB.

B is most compatible with B and AB.

AB is most compatible with AB, B, A, and O.

O is most compatible with O and AB.

The idea that blood type determines personality has been dying out slowly in Japan. At the same time, the West has finally noticed the potential of blood typing. We haven't quite cottoned onto the idea that blood type is related to personality, but there's a growing belief in fad diets that teach that each blood type evolved at a certain point in human history, so people with that blood type should eat the diet most common among humans at that point. Instead of balanced, nicely average O's, we have savage cavemen hunching around the fire and tearing at hunks of meat; solid-citizen type A's become "docile vegetarians" as well; bouncy type B's get to indulge in ice cream and cheese; and type AB's, as always, are half one thing and half another, and get to eat vegan food or dairy-and-everything-else—IF it suits them. Blood type diets are worth looking into if only to imagine your favorite characters' reactions to their new diets.
